Just tested the new code for the first time as part of the daily cron. Its working as expected, thank you! This should really help us out a lot with duplicate payment issues. How many coffees should I buy ya?
Well for me I just want to see overpaid invoices since the last time the daily report ran, so last 24 hours. Right now its showing invoices all the way back to 2010.
That would be great because right now it gives a very long list of invoices as you mention. If you end up finding the time I would be happy to pay for you to optimize this hook.
WHMCS suggested I post here for better help. Does anyone know how to enable a notification if a clients invoice gets a double payment or over payment. Clients often are not even aware of this if they have multiple subscriptions setup. Having a notification for this would help avoid this.
@VirtualHorror If its happening with the default theme its most likely CloudFlare. Put it in developer mode to temporarily disable CF, clear all caches and then see if that resolves your issue.
We had a similar issue with CF displaying the same loading circle, turned out to be a SSL cipher issue. But since this happened after a recent update its possible its WHMCS related.
This release seems to be mainly features no one asked for, at least from what I have seen in the suggested features area and discussion on here. Just seems like they are pushing features for their other brands rather than give people what they are asking for.
Is there any addon or way to integrate WordPress into WHMCS so that my staff can post articles without having to use two different control panels and logins. I know there are some 'blog' addons for WHMCS but they don't seem to be SEO friendly enough like WP is.
Yup, same issue here. Just look at the timestamps of the files to make sure. Also check the update log in the database as it will tell you more information about the update process and any errors. They should make this log visible from the install page or in WHMCS..
I am surprised I am the first to complain about this issue then, is there not any code that WHMCS understands to cut previous email replies out? Here is the image attached since they were removed.
We have noticed we get the full email from clients when they respond to a ticket sent to them from their email, such as gmail. It seems WHMCS doesn't see a line break anywhere and just includes the entire email in their response instead of just their response. Example: i.gyazo.com/8a12a28383f7caedfa3ed0be2daab24d.png
I cant be the only person having this problem with email clients like gmail, is there a piece of code that makes a line break that gmail recognizes?
