  1. There may be a module out there but I'm not 100% sure. WHMCS has a lot of missing "sales" features that from a shopping cart stand point are standard. Hopefully they keep pushing features out in newer versions.
  2. I have not proceeded with the integration as of yet. Its still in our to do list but other items with priority took over. Feel free to contact me off forum to discuss working together.
  3. I believe they have two versions of their module or at least support different resellers. From the trial sign up (http://www.telemoip.com/selfcare/cart.php?gid=9) one is voip.ms and one is BVR. I would wait for the OP to confirm this or message them directly. I cannot comment on BVR as I have never used them.
  4. voip.ms has lots of different servers to use. I know they have 12 locations with multiple servers in each location. We use them for some of our projects. What location were you pinging to?
  5. In NY we have 2 sales tax levels, State wide and County. This can be an issue however we bill only hosting products and professional services out of WHMCS so we have not had to charge sales tax per NYS. That being said, I would like to know how other people are addressing this since this could become an issue for us.
  6. We actually had a module custom created for our use because there was a lack of support. What are you looking to do specifically?, feel free to message me directly also. The module was built for easy use on other installs.
  7. We started early items for this but never finished. We had 1 other company that was interested however we have recently decided to move away from Autotask on the IT services side. We switched to Connectwise, in which I will probably be looking to integrate this into WHMCS eventually.
  8. Is this still the case? For providers that do more than what MachPanel provides keeping WHMCS is a must. I assume Machpanel has a full API? I am looking into this product but WHMCS integration is something I would need. I may just have it developed myself.
  9. We utilize Autotask (http://www.autotask.com) internally for our MSP side of the business for customer management. Over the last year we have been tossing up the idea of integrating the two systems to help our internal operations run smoother for clients who overlap. We have obtained quotes from some of our developers and are basically checking to see if any other WHMCS users here use these two systems and if there was any demand for this integration. We would are looking at Customer Sync, Product Sync and Ticket Sync to start. With the possibility of full two way syncing, project management, customer notes and ticket notes. One of the reason for this post is to see if others may be interested in offsetting some of the cost to develop or even partnering to get an integration done.
  10. If you received the ticket then you should be fine. The system wouldn't have displayed the ticket if you were still exploitable. (Not 100% confirmed, just going by what previous ticket hacks had in them when decoded.) You can decode the ticket with any BASE64 decoder.
  11. I would disagree with this. One of my complaints with the way WHMCS does patching is not notifying us on what they patched. They released a patch and said it was a serious threat and said 0 about what it is. I understand the concern over others seeing the exploit and attempting to use it but security is not better if you hide the exploits. Microsoft tried this for years and well, MS Blaster anyone? Some of the exploits I have been seeing (not affecting me since I am patched) have been deleting the attachment and all trace. This could be bad if this was done prior to the security patch released. You could have been exploited and not even know it. This is why knowing what the exploit does is important.
  12. As far as I know this module is just for basic power management and looking up VM info to display to customers. I would assume the features you want are possible but I doubt a $60 module would be able to do that. However I am unsure if Joshua has any plans to add any more features to the module. For us this has been good for organization and basic power management controls for customers without having to give them VIC access.
  13. Does this system allow restrictions on what Country Codes are allowed?
