  2. If I get a new .ca I shall turn on the debugging and post it here. I have a feeling it won't be for awhile as I mostly do this for web design clients.
  3. I had the same issue. I ended up switching to Mandrill SMTP and using forwarding and pipe now for the departments. Still using Gmail for checking mail though. Gotta say I love Mandrill. Being able to see when a user opens his invoice and yet complains that he never received it is pretty awesome.
  4. After much grief and frustration I am still unable to register .CA domain names with resellerclub plugin. The error is {telno=Invalid TelNo for North America} I was able to register .com for the same user and also .com and .net for other users. But .CA would not work. Verified with resellerclub that 6135554444 should be a correct entry for tel number in client.
  5. I don't have it setup as default as I use multiple registrars for various domains and like to manually approve each one and select the registrar. This isn't the clients first domain name and all others registered fine. .coms worked fine its just the .CA that wouldn't. I email resellerclub and they told me that the issue is with whmcs so they have to deal with it.
  6. I ended up using my backup system to register which is still on v5 and it worked without a problem. Luckily I still have that system alive and the client details were already in there. Phew Still couldn't get it to work with 6 though - - - Updated - - - I had exactly that. I had used 6135555555 but still wouldn't work. That's what I used in v5 and it worked fine. Also tried 16135555555 +1.6135555555 613-555-5555 and many many more.
  7. No matter what I do I cannot register a .ca with resellerclub since the v6 update. I keep getting {telno=Invalid TelNo for North America} Any ideas?

  9. I am using 6.0.1. I just solved it though. First off I pointed to /public_html/whmcs/crons/pipe.php instead of php -q /home/username/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php Then I had forgotten to change the permissions to 755. Ooops. Thanks
  10. Hi, I am having an issue setting up email pipe. I have setup a forwarding account and trying to add in the php -q /home/username/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php All email that is sent to “support@clients.mydomain.com” will forward to “|/home/mydomain/php -q /home/username/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php” it`s adding in the /home/mydomain/ at the beginning. I have no idea why its doing that though. using Cpanel

  12. Hi, I bought a template for WHMCS called Server east from theme forest but it doesn't have the powered by part and I didn't buy the unbranded one. Any idea how I add that in?? Thanks
