  2. Here in New Zealand we have the NZRS who manage the WHOIS servers. If you are not a New Zealand registered registrar then they blacklist your IP address when you have exceeded nx domain name checks. I have signed up to a NZ registrar to ease the pain, however when my customers search for a domain name on my website NZRS takes note of the API being used for this WHOIS request and sees it as the WHMCS API. I therefore need to change the domainchecker API in WHMCS. Can anyone please help me with this? Cheers
  3. My IP address is currently being blocked by the New Zealand Registry Services WHOIS servers. I have signed up to a NZ registered registrar and I am using their API credentials. They will also not whitelist my IP address as I am not a registered registrar. How can I get around this issue? I am selling the .nz TLDs and all go thorugh NZRS. I got this reply from NZRS when I asked them what I could do "But it’s not your IP they need to whitelist, they just need to make sure your requests come from their address space or they use the SRS protocol instead of the WHOIS protocol" How can I do this?
  4. First of all, I am new to WHMCS and hosting. I have set up WHMCS and it is creating cPanel accounts successfully. I have set up the servers in WHMCS and have tested the CONNECTION and it is fine. I have also registered a domain name. When I sign in to WHM I can see the cPanel account under account information. My question now is how do I link the cPanel account to the domain name. Essentially I want cpanel.domainname.com to direct me to the cPanel account. Also where do I set this username and password and how/when it this info automatically mailed to the customer. Cheers
  5. Can anyone please help me with this issue. I have generated a new OpenSRS private key and pasted it into the Registrar in WHMCS where they call for a private key. However when I generate a private key in OpenSRS is states "cut and paste the private key listed below into your OpenSRS.conf file. Where do I find this OpenSRS.conf file? NOTE: I have my registrar in Test Mode
  6. I would like to change the default WHMCS template. Which files do I need to change to change the wording on the default template, i.e. "ORDER NEW SERVICES" I would also like to shift some of the containers around as well as add articles to the KNOWLEDGEBASE and ANNOUNCEMENTS I have downloaded a free WHMCS template "your host", but I find it very hard to change.
  7. Templates folder under public? Or must I create a publuc folder?
  8. Yes I did. I copied tje 3x .php files and pasted it under whmcsdata directory and pasted the "your host" folder in the "template_c" directory. Whmcs is installed in / directory
  9. I have installed WHMCS under my home directory. The WHMCS directory is under /. When I log into WHMCS and go to General Settings and drop down Template I only see "Classic", "Default", "Portal" Why am I not seeing the "Your Host" template?
