  1. I got a sql file of KB articles that I want to import but when I try importing into the database all I get is 'page cannot be displayed' after a few minutes. The file is about 260kb it is a sql file and I'm trying to import it through phpmyadmin. Any help?? Thanks
  2. When using the Default Template for the Default Order Form Template should there be an option for domain registration only like there is when using the Boxes Template as they are both pretty similar?? Thanks
  3. In cPanel theres a theme called x3mail and xmail. Just select one of those when setting up your email package and thats all the options they will get when an account is created.
  4. Simple answer is no. The way I have it setup is that you make WHMCS setup a normal account so that all you have to do it just go into WHMReseller and make the user a reseller.
  5. For some reason when I click on try to place a new order in the admin area, select the user, options and then click continue no options appear underneath. Any suggestions. Thanks.
  6. I just had a thought, instead of creating subdomains and cPanel account, could I just add the records at Registrar level??
  7. I'm sorry I don't understand what you've I'm afraid. Let me see if I can be a bit more clearer with what I have so far. Reseller Account - mydomain.co.uk - PAID WHMCS LICENSE cPanel account - clients.mydomain.co.uk - A Record in DNS Zone in WHM pointing to New Server. (Also all A records are pointing to New Server). Support - support@mydomain.co.uk - have forwarded mail to testsupport@clients.mydomain.co.uk but get delivery failed message saying: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: testsupport@clients.mydomain.co.uk (ultimately generated from support@mydomain.co.uk) No Such User Here Is this because I have the cPanel account created on my Reseller Account and its trying to forward the mail here (even though the A records point to the cPanel account on New Server) instead of forwarding it to the cPanel account on New Server?? New Server - FREE WHMCS LICENSE cPanel account - clients.mydomain.co.uk Support - testsupport@clients.mydomain.co.uk (tickets are created fine). Would it be possible to change the MX Records for clients.mydomain.co.uk in the Reseller Account to point to the IP address of New Server?? Thanks for your help so far.
  8. I've tried this but when I send to support.mydomain.co.uk I get a delivery fail saying that support@clients.mydomain.co.uk doesn't exist. Now I think this is because I've actually created an account for clients.mydomain.co.uk on my original server and changed the A record in its own DNS Zone in WHM. Should I just create the subdomain and then create an A record in mydomain.co.uk DNZ Zone to point to clients.mydomain.co.uk on the new server??
  9. Probablu should mention that the new installation is new but with the database imported from my original installation.
  10. I've trying your suggestion but I've now run into a problem where WHMCS tells me that I have however many open tickets and the ticket confirmation email is received but it doesn't actually show the tickets in the Support section. If I search using the ticket ID it brings it up but if I click all tickets it doesn't show them. Any ideas??
  11. Thanks for the suggestion, but the problem with that is that if I reply to a ticket would they not receive the email from support@clients.mydomain.co.uk instead of support@mydomain.co.uk??
  12. I have WHMCS installed and setup just how I want it on my reseller domain (mydomain.co.uk) and I have just got a server which included WHMCS free. What I want to do is use WHMCS on a subdomain (clients.mydomain.co.uk) which is actually situated on my server but have the accounts created on my reseller domain still. Now I know this isn't a problem and I have it working by creating a cpanel account on my server for clients.mydomain.co.uk and configuring the A record to point to there from my reseller account. The problem I have is how do I setup the forwarding for email piping for support tickets so that I still use the support email address's I have setup on (mydomain.co.uk) as in the email forward section in the cpanel account I created on the server for clients.mydomain.co.uk it only lists email address options ending @clients.mydomain.co.uk. Sorry if this has dragged a bit and I hope it makes sense. Thanks
  13. Thanks very much. I just wish I had the knowledge and knowhow to contribute myself. Cheers
  14. Got it sorted now, thanks for all your help.
