  2. Hi Frankc, I've tried to replicate this behavior with the default email templates with a clean install of 6.3.1 with no success. The steps I tried: 1. Purchased a product 2. Made a partial payment towards full balance 3. When examining the email that was sent to to the client (The Invoice Payment Confirmation Email) - the balance is properly reflected - the partial payment is properly represented in the email. At this point we don't know enough information to assist you on the forums.   3. Hi NoDoze, to best respond to reports in the Bug Reports forums, please limit issues to one per thread, this allows us to properly track potential bugs and better respond to customers. As to the issues you are facing: - the reply features in the browser version are not available in awhmcs - This is not clear and most likely not a bug. Please keep in mind that the mobile apps are designed to be a companion app to WHMCS, so they will not have all the features that the installed software will have. - merged tickets don't appear merged in the app - I am able to confirm this is an issue and we have CORE-10075 to track this work. - closed tickets appear open in the app with only the first response showing. - I am unable to reproduce this - could you provide more clear reproduction steps? - tickets are out of order. - In my installation of the app, tickets are appearing in the order of date created. What are you seeing and what do you expect to see? - occasionally responses appear as new tickets in the app. - Unable to reproduce this one as well. If you have any suggestions in how to reproduce please let me know.
  4. Hi Bluestream, we were able to confirm this behavior on multiple iPad devices. We have created CORE-10035 to track progress towards a resolution. We appreciate the detailed replication steps and video.

  8. Hey jas8522, I am having a hard time trying to reproduce this on my iPhone 6 (9.3.1) using iWHMCS 2.2. I have created a number of tickets and moved them around all possible ticket statuses, and the Awaiting Reply and All Active Tickets views are showing the correct information. I have 6 total tickets, which all appear in All Active Tickets with the correct status, and I have 2 open tickets, which are the only tickets I see in Awaiting Reply. This is true when I move ticket status around in both iWHMCS and in WHMCS. I'll continue to explore and try to reproduce, but no luck so far.

  11. jas8522 - can you confirm what version of iWHMCS you are using as well as what version of iOS you are on? Version 2.2 is the latest version of the app available in the App Store. Thanks, Cole

  15. Hi MJHost, can you confirm what version of iWHMCS you are using by going Help & About near the bottom of the app home page? Also, in order to view product details the account you are using the app with must have the API Access and View Products/Services administrator roles activated. EDIT 02/12/16 1:26 PM CST: I just saw your other post in the technical help forum - I can confirm that the issue lies with configurable options set on a product. iOS-121 is our internal case number to track this issue.
