yes i have noticed the same main site is fine whmcs lags since update and had a couple customers complain they got stuck i have been unable to find any reason why as its same on multiple servers so its not that its the hosting at fault.
You will need to select one of the updated order forms also make sure you using 6.0.1 as 6 had issue with order forms order button that was fixed in 6.0.1
Check all your products one of them will more than likey have the old order form selected I had same problem and that was the issue one of my products was using a deleted order form.
Yes its Open Ticket inside Contact Us On the outside so keep the one you did that works inside and use the first one i posted to change the Contact Us link on the outside To change Announcements On outside change the Contact Us To Announcements in the first one i posted that should get them done for you.

There is no Open Ticket on logged out navbar that's why i changed the contact us one in first post you said was wrong.

No it was the getchild i thought you was trying to change the wrong one this one adds the open ticket to logged out
