Any idea how billing send command to renew if customer account without money. Zero balance.

Customer set autorenew I think. But on their balance ZERO.

Hi all Today found that I make gift for two customers. Coz autorenew domains and they don't have any money on account. So its use my money on reseller service. How I can prevent to do it again if no money on user account. Thanks
