Is it my server error or the clients?

So guys ya, Our sales were doin good - 125 clients ... We was selling scripts with licensing addon. It was working... And suddenly Something happened, our clients got INVALID LICENSE when installing scripts. I didn't do any change ( maybe, other admins did ). Here's what they got: /http://i60.tinypic.com/14e9ezr.jpg Is that because of changing the secrate key ? Or are my whmcs files missing? If I re-install them, will all of my clients data be erased? Please help ...
