IP - 1 account per ip

Can you have a feature so that an ip can only have 1 ACCOUNT, and thats it. They cant signup again once they have 1 account.

Its against my TOS so please can you add this feature because it will help me much more.

Many users have ISPs where once you disconnect from the internet, you loose your IP. Then, once you connect again you get a new one.

This means you may find a client who doesn't have an account, cannot sign up because there is another client who used that IP.
