One thing I really like about WHM Autopil*t is how there is an area where you can add your domain's expiration date (even if the domain isn't registered through the web host) and the software will send you an automated notice telling you your domain will expire in 30 (or however many days).
I have a lot of customers that have domains registered elsewhere (such as Network Solutions). And many often forget they need to renew. Then they complain that their site is down because the domain expired (and they don't realize that's why). It would be great if WHMCS had something like this and we could customize the message and remind them if they don't renew the domain the site will stop working.
Nothing urgent. Just something that would be nice.
