Suspend Reason

I suggest that when suspending an account, you give a reason option.

I always have to use WHM to suspend accounts because it gives a reason option. If WHMCS had reason for suspension then i would suspend with that.

Hey,

Most of the time I suspend accounts is becuse they don't pay an invoice how ever once in a while I do have to suspend them becuse they are Phishing or Fraud Sites. But when I do thise I send out an email or ticket as I have a template or guide line to what happened, how long the site or server will be down for, On 30-Day Probation and Reviewed for Possible Cancellation and other little add ons.
