hello

I am told this has to be done via whmcs.

I want to know, if there is anyway possible for the following:

person 1 has a billing enquiry, and sends an email to [email protected] and that email is not set up via cpanel, but is set up via whmcs so we get notified via our admin email accounts so we have to login to whmcs to reply.

I want to know, if we can have the email sent to [email protected] set up via cpanel and is also on whmcs so if we are away from a pc and get email from our phones, we can fix or reply to the enquiry asap WITHOUT logging into whmcs.

Just reply to the email you get notifying you of a reply - it'll be imported into the ticket in WHMCS and sent off to the customer.
