Signature...

Call me crazy, but I've looked everywhere. The manual, hours of clicking around, these forums, ect; but how in the world do I edit the "Signature goes here..." line in all of the customer emails?

I know I could manually edit the [Signature] tags in each individual template, but if there is any other way then theres no chance I'm going to do that.
