Hi guys,

"Subject: WHMCS New Order Notification"

Where do I go to modify the above? Couldn't find it in the email templates.

Thanks!
Michelle

I believe there is no way of removeing this, as it is encoded in the files. No big deal, if you ask me, as this is only sent to you to notify you about a new oder and not sent to your customers.

I wouldn't worry too much about that one, I don't believe the customer see it, only the admin. The customer gets the "Order Confirmation" email template setup in the configuration, where you can change the subject.

Hey,

In the email if you look up you can edit the the user it is sending it by as well as the subject. Also make sure you have entered in your companies name on the config page.

Hi Adam. Do you mean the general emails that go to the client or the admin emails? The general outgoing emails to clients were easy to change in the email templates area.

What I'm trying to change now is the "WHMCS" part of the admin emails that are sent to me. Would like to have my company's name on there instead. Any idea how to do this?

thanks,
Michelle

Hi,

Any emails from your WHMCS system are addressed as such. You cannot change this.

Any chance this is going to change in the near future?

I believe you will have the option in v3.1
