It would be nice to have a support ticket report, we currently have support staff working for us that get paid by each ticket they close and its gets caculated at the end off the month to work out there wage.
it would be nice for a report to do this.
eg;
lets just say:
support agent 1 closed ticket numbers 1222 1225 1230 etc
support agent 2 closed ticket number 1223 1224 1229 etc
and would be cool if you clicked the actual ticket number it would open up for you. 8)
