CRON JOB question..

Im a bit lost on this cron script that is required to be placed inside the cPanel.

I am getting an email sent to me everyday with the following:

/bin/sh: 0: command not found

What does this mean, exactly?

It means exactly what is says: The system can not find the command you are using in the cron job. If you log into your admin area and go to Configuration -> Automation Settings you will see 2 different settings you can uses as your cronjob.
