I know it's only a small thing, but my eval 2.5 creates cpanel accounts with all the right info but doesn't put the user's contact email in.
Can I do something to fix this, or can it be fixed/added at some point?

I'm not sure that there is anything that WHMCS can do about that...all billing software I've seen does that. I think cPanel just leaves it up to the user to input their own contact email...I could be wrong though..

I don't think the user should/does need to do it - when I create an account manually in WHM I enter the user's email along with username, package, etc, so creation of the entry must be in the same component and therefore should be available to the billing software interface.

I definately have to agree with teakwood on this one.

I had never really noticed the contact email address field when manually creating an account (Or just didn't pay attention and filled it in). This would be good to have WHMCS populate when creating the account.
Hey,
What if they lose their password, they can use the online form to resend it...

yes i agree. You should add the email too because i need their email to contact them. I have to go to WHMCS to find their email! Please add this option.
I agree. The import option should import the whole lot. Why let it do just half of the job?
I dont think this has anything to do with the import from WHM, it has to do with account creation from whmcs.
