We'd like the ability to record from what IP number the ticket was submitted (or replied). Since we block IP numbers for failed login attempts, we require users to provide us their IP number prior to being unblocked.
Previously it was easy in another system where we could glance at the ticket, see their IP number, and remove it from the firewall, however with no tracking in this system it requires us to email the client to check their ip and email it back.
Would be useful for us - not sure how many others.
