Ebay Module and Gift Cert. Module

it would be nice to have an ebay module added to whmcs so you could sell on ebay and have instant setup for the winners of your auction. it would also be nice to have a coupon generator that would generate one-time fee's to be paid and could only be used by one person so you could start on offering customers gift certificates

Firstly, why would you need an eBay module? I already know of users using WHMCS to accept orders from auction winners on eBay and then having instant setup. Maybe I'm missing something but why can't you just give them a link to your order form if they win an auction or a direct order link to a particular package?

And as for coupons, this is already possible. You can create coupons for products with a one time discount so the first amount a user pays will be lower than the usual recurring amount.

if you put a link to order on your auction page then anybody who wanted to could signup even if they weren't the winner the ebay module would adjust the monthly fee to how much the winning bid was. and about the coupons i mean gift certificates which can only be used by one person and has a balance on it. if i were to make coupon then that could coupon would have an unnlimited balance and could be traded among anyone

I didn't mean put the link on your auction. I meant give the link out to them when they win. I can say almost for certain I will not be creating a special eBay module just so you can deal with auction winners - there would not be enough demand to make it worth while.

The gift certificate/coupon idea is an interesting one though.

I would use an ebay module. How else would you deal with charging the right price to winning bidders? But if you made one, I guess e-bay would be flooded with hosting offers. Maybe for buy it now pricing.

I'm sure there is aready a gift certificate module out there? Customers can order a code & then give it as a gift to another client who enters it and it gives them the credit. If I dreamt seeing that, it wouldn't be hard to make... :)
