I'd like to have a customizable e-mail that is sent to the customer to notify them that their support ticket has been automatically closed due to inactivity.
O sounds good, what my staff I do is if a client doesn’t respond to an email we go in and write to him or her back and then close the ticket manually. We receive over 100 emails per day but I find it not to hard to do it, I mean it's just like responding to any other email. Well I think Kayako doesn’t offer this so it never really came to us about it but good request.
