Hello, if any of these features are currently possible, please reply stating where.
1. Deletion of support tickets - Not just closing.
2. Delete button for Custom messages - I've already posted this as a bug report.
3. PDF format for invoices.
4. WYSIWYG for important text boxes such as Support tickets.
5. List support tickets by priority and date - Maybe have an arrow next to each title as an option.
6. Automatically check against the knowledge base when support tickets are opened - Give links / quotes to the relavent information before the user can complete opening the ticket.
7. On add client, give two password fields for verification or leave blank to create a random password that is sent to the client.
8. View clients usage, including bandwidth, disk space, sql, etc and give remainding figures. Maybe averages over all the clients, etc. Sort of like a statistics page.
9. Announcements are emailed to clients.
10. Most important - Add new admins with permissions. I.e Manage Clients, support tickets, billing, etc.

Hi,

I'll reply to your feature requests on a number by number basis to make it easier.

1. This is possible, just go into the support ticket and click the delete button on the right of the first message.
2. This is not possible, I will add this for the next release.
3. This may be implemented in a future version, for now, the next version of WHMCS contains an HTML printable version of all invoices
4. This is included in the system (support tickets and messages) but only works with Internet Explorer in the current version
5. Support tickets are listed by date submitted only - I will add the option to sort it on priority aswell in the next release
6. This is very difficult to implement as it has to take inferred meaning from support tickets - I doubt this will be implemented in the foreseable future
7. I'm not sure why this is necessary on Add Client in the admin area as you can see the password once submitted anyway and so change it if incorrect
8. This is very difficult if not impossible to do - a: it would slow the system down and b: it is not possible to get this data from WHM
9. This would be a good option, I will add it to the ToDo List
10. This has already been added to the system for the next release due in 2-3 days

Regards,

Matt
