Matt is currently adding a Reports section to the next version of WHMCS which will display various reports in both on screen and in printable format for your records.

The current reports being implemented include:

Monthly Signups
Server Revenue Breakdown

If you can think of any reports in addition to these that you think would be useful to users of the WHMCS system then please let us know by posting below.

General things really like:

# of support tickets per client per month
Average # of days after due date payments are received

Cool little things like the above aren't "needed" but they are cool to know.

Site viewed per month/week/dayBandwidth usage and disk usage would be great. I know they are available via WHM. But having it in WHMCS I think just makes it an even more complete solution. Also add to the above something that checks domain activity and alerts via email when it a domain is no longer active. No point in having dead space when it can be resold. More importantly stop the recurring billing when a client bails out and doesn't tell you.
