How can a client switch payment methods?

Is there a way a client can switch payment methods or remove a credit card from their account?

Right now I have a client that has a credit card on file, but wants to switch to paypal subscriptions.

I'm not sure but I think this can only be done by admin

If you have the option enabled your client can change the way they pay from the invoice.

But thats only for that one invoice, right? Doesnt change the default method AFAIK.
