Greetings,

1) affiliates payments
I found a small problem on the affiliate system. Not a bug in the program but a problem in the real world.

The affiliate can request a withdraw. Nice! But... that is that and there is no control in the system that will show the affiliate what/were/when and how payments were done. In the long run and if you have say more than 50 affiliates, things can get complicated if the affiliate start saying "I didn't get any payment" or if my clerk really forget to pay that affiliate.

Suggestions:
- I saw a transaction system on whmcs... a transaction for this could be added there and affiliate should be able to see it for the record. This transaction can be "account discount" or say "payment check".
- then, I will pay the affiliate by hand if check and will add another transaction in the system so the accounting matches.
- if instead of check he/she selects account discount, the system can generate an automatic discount for next invoice?... or create a credit balance?... perhaps can do that by adding another transaction in the system?

Whatever way you do it, something is needed to have a record of this.

2) Clients credits
I have partners such as webdesigners that are also my clients... so, once they do a work for me, sometimes they want it discounted in their next payment to their hosting... this would be also useful for clients that made a wrong purchase and paid for it... I could leave a balance in their account which they could use later as discount... perhaps coupon discount?

If I could add a transaction that they could see and the system could generate a discount on their next purchase(s), that would be great.

--------------

Im sorry if these things can be done as of today... I spent a day checking them in the system but didn't find any way.

Thanks,

Marcelo

I have to add, to be able to credit a client (and have the credit taken into consideration on the next invoice) is a good feature to have. Quite often we have clients who either downgrade a package, or decide to cancel one of their websites (they often register more than one site, only to see a site not taking off later on) so it'd be great if we can then credit the client, and the next time he's invoiced, it will be calculated with the current credit balance in mind
