"Invoiced" checkbox

There's currently a checkbox which determines that a task has been completed. I would like to see a second checkbox to let us know if a task has been invoiced or not.

+1, it's very hard to keep track of time which ones are invoiced. Did you find a workaround to this?

Unfortunately, no. What we are doing is waiting until the work is invoiced before marking the task as complete.

Ouch. I want to love this project manager... I really do. But this method is begging for billing mistakes. For me, this is the last straw, I'm dropping this until they come out with another update. Thanks!

There are a couple things I would like to see with regards to being able to sort projects... including the completed ones and invoiced ones.

What we did to work around this issue is to create new project statuses on the settings page.

We have a "Needs Invoice" status and an "Invoiced" status. We marked the "Needs_Invoice" status as the one to show up when one clicks the "completed" link on the main project management page. This sorts the projects by those that are completed but haven't been invoiced yet.

Then, when the invoice is done, we changed the project status to "Invoiced" so we know that the invoice has been completed and sent.

Not pretty, but a work around that seems to work for now for us.
