At the moment it appears that submitting a support ticket is only possible for clients, right?
Is it possible to make the tickets available for non-customers as well? For example, if someone wants to ask several things before signing up.
I don't think adding a supported ticket module for non-clients will be good, simply because this allows everyone to abuse the system, and you have no idea if their email entered is correct/incorrect. The best option is to make a regular form to submit pre-sales questions, but not with the scripting system, gets too confusing.

You have a good point there.
As you say, the best thing to do is to make a separate form for the other inquiries.
