Thanks for the new update 1.1. One obvious missing piece makes using it somewhat difficult. When a new support ticket comes in, all you can do from the ticket is to create a new project. Most of the time, you want to associate the ticket with an already existing project. I see no way to do that from the ticket. You must copy the ticket number, go into the addon, add the ticket and then go back to the ticket. This is way to tedious. Please make a way to associate a new ticket with an already existing project from the ticket itself.
