The system is a great development!! The only issues we are seeing with truly being able to use it live are a few items:
1. The space to type and/or edit a task is to small. This needs to be an actual text box without return limits. Much like that in the ticketing system. We want to be able to type/cut and paste our notes for the job without restriction so that all of it appears on the invoice. This needs to be easy to review also.
2. Time recording. The time track feature is great! But many times we just want to record a block of time that is irrelevent to a start and stop. It would be great if I could just edit the time field and set it for a task to a set amount of time. example, if I edit it to 00:29:00 it is a flat 29 minutes, etc... It is to complicated to ajust the sliders for every time entry. We just would not be able to use it.
3. When I complete a project and a ticket is attached, I would like the option to auto close the ticket with it and save a step.
This is a great module and will be super powerful. Thanks for creating it!!!
