It would be great to be able to assign admins to specific tasks rather than only the entire project. But the more important adjustment to tasks (for me) is the ability to re-order them.
We're coming from BasecampHQ by 37Signals, which had a nice little 'grab' area on each task where you could simply drag and drop the task into the position you wanted it.
BasecampHQ also had multiple to-do lists per project, although I'll admit the concept confused me when I first started using it. I wound up using it a lot by having separate task lists for pre-development, development and post-development. Or in some cases, Design, Content, Approval stage task lists. WHMCS could probably imitate this by having task groups - I feel like that would be easier to comprehend than separate task lists even though it would really be the same thing.
Thanks for the great new add-on!
