This is the main reason why I can't use the iphone mobile app. We have a very good knowledgebase and while pre-defined replies are good, we find they only really apply to the small majority of customers who ask exactly the same question. Whereas, we get tickets where 1 or 2 knowledgebase articles links inserted would be ideal.
The ability in the mobile app to add in knowledgebase article links would be fantastic and make the mobile app much more feasible for us to use.
