Script installation

I run a very specialized webhosting service there every account uses a custom written CSM/shopping cart program. Once WHMCS creates the account in WHM, I then have to go back in and install the scripts, setup the database, etc.

Is there a way that I can insert a function in the account setup process that will install the script, create the database and the dbtables?

If you can create a script that will do that, I believe WHMCS has an option to automatically run a script after an order.
