I offer VPS's and I need to charge for them as a one month upfront + your current month payment, I don't want to set it as a setup fee because it's not, the customer will get it back once they give the 30 days notice or it would be equal to their 12th month free, how would I do this? if it's not possible now? or is it something that could be done on future versions?

Would pro-rata billing be what you are referring to? If so, this will be in version 2.5 of WHMCS.
