Customisable currency

Most of my clients pay in NZD, and this is not listed in the "currency" dropdown in the admin area. For flexibility, it would be easier if we could specify our own currency manually (e.g. symbol + abreviation = $ + NZD).

If customisable currency is not possible, please add New Zealand Dollars to the currency list.
