The whole system is template driven - edit the template file and the look of every page will alter. There is a seperate template file for the order form in case you want this seperate from the support system template.

There are also template files for the index page of the support system so you can add additional items to the support page like a live chat request button if your hosting company has a live chat facility and server status page for example.

You can also, with the templates, add things to the clients area page - say for example if you only want them to be able to access the live chat.

So overall, the system is very customisable and I think you would not find it too difficult to implement into any site design.
