Okay, this is bad.

I tried the demo yesterday and I got 3 failed logins even though I was using the correct user and pass; and I got banned lol. I figured some kids just changed the password, I'd try again tommorow.

Tonight I tried again 2 hours ago, still 3 strikes and I'm out.

Now, I waited from 8:50 until it turned 9:00 and it reset, tried logging in right as it reset (i know it was just reset cause I was IP banned and I refreshed every like 5 seconds) and I got AGAIN 3 strikes and I'm out.

Whats wrong with it?

Hey,

You can always get the 15 day FREE trail and run it on your own server and see how it works :)

Hope that helps,
Adam :)

You're not trying to login with the email address instead of username by any chance are you?

Yes the demo has jerks reset the passwords quite frequently. Matt really needs to fix the demo whereas no one can change the passwords for the demo and admin accounts setup. Although a trial demo is the way to go. Set up and working on your server :)

The demo does need the MySQL reseting at least every 1 hour. So that it's completely clear.

I would suggest that you NOT let this influence your decision to not purchase a license. As mentioned, install the trial. It (the demo) didn't work for me either. I installed the trial and shortly later purchased a license, you'll be amazed.

The free trial is the most effective way of trying WHMCS considering it will have to run on your own server. :)

Are you trying 'Admin' with the capital 'A'? That was the problem I had on my very first go at the demo having tried 'admin' repeatedly. Can't think of anything else it could be.
