Forgotten admin username/password

That happen too... From trying not to have same user/passes everywhere, I used SOME username and password and now I cant remember them.
I remember the e-mail address, and i go to "forgotten password", whmcs sends me e-mail with password reset but it looks like i have forgotten my username too, since i get again wrong username/password.
Can anyone help me please?

1. Open your cPanel.
2. Click MySQL icon
3. Close to bottom of page. Click phpmyadmin link.
4. Open your WHMCS database
5. Open the tbladmins table
6. There's your admin user name.
