View Full Version : 3rd Level Domain Reseller Account - Stargate

I'm project managing a new reseller hosting solution. I can't give too many details but to say: it is really exciting and new!

We wish to provide WHMCS to all customers, but can see that this may clash with our "domain reseller" service. We have a reseller account with "Stargate" - meaning we can offer reseller accounts to our customers.

In effect our resellers will be on the 3rd level:

1.) Stargate
2.) US
3.) Our reseller

How can we allow them to setup their reseller account (with us) in WHMCS? I'm making the assumption that this only involves copying the Stargate module and changing a few files.

This is really important to us as it probably means the difference between using another billing system and WHMCS. (Which is a dilemma, because I am aware WHMCS is the best on the market.)

Thanks for your help,

"Redtrain"

..? Would it not be just easier to sign up directly with Stargate for a reseller account? What's the point? What are the benefits?

As explained above....this is an offering to OUR CUSTOMERS. We cannot just sign them up with Stargate!

This is probably just the wrong place to announce and/or promote such things ???

Hey,

You will need to have a programmer make this for you. I'm sure if you email WHMCS they might do this for you for an extra charge. But I don't think the demand for something like that is enough.

Adam

All I was suggesting that it's not of interest to most here, so possibly take it up with Matt.

I did misread you post originally, and do see what you are getting at

the answer is peace of cake you can install WHMCS for them and delete any other Registrar Module so that they Don`t find else stargate in the Module or if you don`t want stargate name to apear in the module you can program your own Module easly any how you can have a look at OrderBox API which used by both Stargate and Directi
