I want to make sure my emails are getting to my clients, and don't want to worry about having their email program read HMTL, because if it doesn't, they may get a bunch of garbage they'll just delete.

I'd rather them just be sent as text or even HTML/text so their email program would be able to choose.

Hey,

I think they should chose an option of that, Yes recive HTML emails. No do not recive HTML emails - text emails.

Really, what ISP/Mail Handler does't offer this? But for those 0.0003% of the people who do not have this enabled, lets go for it!

All emails sent by WHMCS are already sent in HTML & Text Format to allow the mail reader to decide which format to use.

Thanks Matt! Glad this is already implemented. :)

Matt, if you pretty up the HTML emails, the text portion can start to get ugly. WHMCS does a reasonable job of presenting the two-part emails but the text part can end up spaced out strangely, and usually ends up with ugly bits like wordhere and "You& #39;ll know it&# 39;s done when".

It would be nice to have two edit boxes for each email, one for the text part and one for the HTML, then both can be made to look as good as possible within their limitations. :D

I gotta confirm what teakwood says... most my clients speak portuguese and the accents get ugly sometimes with those html conversions.

Anyway, we are converting all texts to no accent with a note at the top saying that is going without accent to make sure they can read.
