Kayako Integration

Like a link that will let them login to Kayako? That can be done really easy. All you need to do is use grab the information from the Kayako database and creating edit a few templates and your good to go.

Do you mean just to add the live support icon and functionality to the WHMCS pages, or did you mean integrating the chat tickets created or something? The code to display the chat icon is pretty simple to add to the pages/templates.

Yeh, just like an icon with a piece of text (link) to kayako or whatever support software you would use.

Hey Spooked, just to do this is like really really easy. Just modify your template to include the icon/link

If its just a link to Kayako, you can do that your self. Just edit the .tpl file and add the icon and link....
