Hello,

Before creating a support ticket can I ask that you disable your auto-repliers or use an email that does not have an auto-replier enabled please.

It's pretty annoying to have to delete 50 or so tickets because your mail server keeps sending a reply to our ticket system.

Might be worth asking if Matt can code in some flood control such as Kayako has. ;)

Yeah, I've already emailed him. They've been flooding in all afternoon :(

Hmmm... is this the same Ticketing system as in WHMCS?

Yep, we use the WHMCS ticketing system and yes, it does have built in flood control to prevent any more than 10 messages looping.

My system does not stop at 10 I usually have to disable it and then enable it to stop the looping. This happens all the time
