Add Line or Two

I would like to add a line or two to the Support Page under the Submit Ticket and Affiliates where would I do that at?

Look in the templates folder of your WHMCS installation, go to the folder containing which ever template you have selected in WHMCS and there are a lot of .tpl files you can modify. Be sure to clear out the files in the templates_c (cache) folder so that your changes show up.

You'd make this change in "homepage.tpl" located in your template directory.
You'd probably want to just add a few more rows to the existing table.
