how to set global variable for smarty tpl file.

hello,

i want to customize WHMCS to show 2 currency in same invoice
becasue i have customers from 2 different countries.
for this i need to declare 1 global smarty varible that can be access in all tpl files.

Can Matt or some one else please help me out.
