Hello,
I would like to see some type of "Reward Points" system incoorporated into the future version of WHMCS. Each time a customer buys a different product/service, they can receive reward points, which can be used to buy/upgrade services in the future from the company.
For example, a customer buys a hosting package, and recieves 1500 "WS Bucks" (would be able to define a name for the "currency" via Admin CP). Then 2 months later, they decide to buy a domain, and another hosting package, and they recieve 3000 "WS Bucks". They now have a total of 4500 WS Bucks, and can use them to redeem a free domain name through me, or a t-shirt, mousepad, etc., etc.
Also, maybe have it so that if they refer a customer with the affiliate system, they can recieve X "WS Bucks", plus the % of money already being used in the system.
Just a neat idea I thought would make a nice addition to this software. Of course, have the option to turn it off and on.
