View Full Version : Users signup, but they dont recieve new hosting account info

My users signup,
order a hosting package
and there e-mails arive ok but there new account info doesnt, but the account is setup and on the admin panel when i check there account i see that the welcome e-mail exists.

did you check "send welcome email" when you activated the account?

i have had same problems it does not send "new account info" mail to free mail accounts as hotmail or gmail but it been sending to outlook express mail accounts.
anyway you are saying to check "send welcome email" what and where can i check that?
hostvivid did you use free mails for that account that didn't receive the "new account info" mail.

Sounds like you are saying members of hotmail and gmail are not receiving welcomes while isp accounts are. That would be a problem with how the free email accounts are handling your email that would be sent in the same manner as the ones that are receiving.
Your server is most likely blacklisted from those websites. Contact their webmaster for more information....

My server cannot be blacklisted though, i could send mail to them emails in other ways, and my server is new. and also the ip is new too.
Yes hotmail cannot signup but gmail can. also yahoo works.

Are you getting any bounce back emails from like hotmail.com? Anything with an error? Try clearing our your exim Queue Manager and send it again.
