I would like to be able to have the ability to change the email notification options for the main profile contact just as you can with the other contacts.

It would be helpful for us if the Company profile contact could also have the options
Email Notifications - General, Invoice, Support, Product, Domain .

Each of our clients have different needs and the Main profile contact does not always need to receive invoice emails or any emails in some cases.

Does anybody else feel this would be helpful?

No.

How can you be sure that the other contacts are definitely ticked to receive the emails?

At least the way it is currently, we know at least one person is receiving the emails.

I see your point but... I can see it being set by default to email the main profile contact to make sure someone is getting the emails, but having the option to choose which emails to send is important to me. I have cases where our main contact is the decision maker but dosn't want to receive invoices meant for his accounting department and many other scenarios.

The system seems to flood the Main contact with unecessary emails in my case.

Thoughts?

I think an option in the support ticket screen (a check box) to NOT send an email to the client would be good. This way you can update the ticket thread with a password or other sensitive info and it not go out via email.
