Hello,
I don't think this is a current feature, but I haven't really received many support tickets yet to really test it.
I was hoping a feature could be added that would automatically close open support tickets after X amount of hours. 48 hours might be a good option, but anything that could be adjustable in the Admin area. Also maybe an option to turn this system off and on for those that wish to close all tickets manually.
