Disable/enable signing up with domain per package

Hello, you seem to have a great product here and I'm planning on using it for my hosting business :D, however there's one feature I'd like to have implemented. That feature is the ability to choose whether or not people can signup with a domain per package instead of how currently you can either choose to allow this for all packages or none. Could you please implement this? Thanks and keep up the great work! :)
