'default' As Order Form

Well, after reviewing all of the order forms, I found I like the 'default' form best!

There are only two problems with it...

1. A visitor gets asked to select hosting twice. First in step one, then again in step three? :?

I'm sure I set something up wrong... But I haven't set any configurable options! :|


2. When a user reaches checkout, they can't remove items one at a time like the rest of the carts! They can only start over? :shock:
Is this resolvable? If not,
Is there is a more 'retail' or 'upgraded' version of the default order form that I can purchase? :-)
It certainly outshines the rest.. At least in aesthetics! 8)

1. Nope, it's only selected once. On Step 3 you select the billing cycle and addons + config options. If there is only 1 billing cycle and no config. options + addons then that stage will be skipped.

2. You'd need to copy the remove code from one of the cart templates.
