Howdy,
I think this will be a nice add on to have, on the client summary page have a link to the WYSIWYG editor and have it so that we can send a messsage to them with out opeing a support ticket. Just for that client.
Example:
Client A needs to pay with a credit card, instead of making a whole message that everyone can use this email has to be personal for this client only. Only way to do this is open a support ticket (I use eSupport for this) or send an email manually like POP3 or what ever. Now if we had this option we click a few links type in what we want and send away!
